Copyright Restrictions

Our ministry exists to promote the preaching and teaching of God's word. Therefore, you are permitted (and encouraged) to reproduce, relink, re-host, translate into other languages and redistribute any Verse By Verse Ministry teaching material made available on the Verse By Verse Ministry website provided you observe the following copyright restrictions:

 

Written Materials Reproduction and Redistribution Policy
 

1. Our written teaching materials (e.g., our website articles, answers to questions, PDF teaching notes, handouts, charts or any other non-audio teaching material on our website) may be copied, relinked, re-hosted, reproduced, or redistributed in their original and unedited form provided no fee is collected for their distribution, and each copy must include the following copyright permission statement:

"©20xx - Verse By Verse Ministry of San Antonio (http://www.versebyverseministry.org). May be copied and distributed in its original, unedited form, including this copyright statement, and no fee is collected for its distribution."

2. Our written materials may be quoted as excerpts limited to 150 words or less per publication, and you must clearly distinguish our words from the larger work and must include the specific ministry website URL where our original work is located on the internet.

3. You may translate our Bible teaching into other languages for distribution or reproduction in any quantity provided no fee is collected for the translation, reproduction or distribution, and each translated copy must include the following copyright permission statement:

"Translation of copyright-protected teaching used by permission of Verse By Verse Ministry of San Antonio (http://www.versebyverseministry.org). This translation work may be copied and distributed provided the copies includes this copyright statement and no fee is collected for its distribution."

Audio Recordings Reproduction and Redistribution Policy
 

1. Our audio recordings may be reproduced and redistributed either electronically or as recordings on physical media provided they are reproduced in their original and unedited form, no fee is collected for their distribution, and each physical media must include a printed label bearing the following copyright statement:

"©20xx - Verse By Verse Ministry of San Antonio (http://www.versebyverseministry.org). May be copied and distributed provided the document is reproduced in its entirety, including this copyright statement, and no fee is collected for its distribution."

2. Electronic redistribution, relinking or re-hosting of our recordings is permitted provided they are distributed free of charge and in their original, unedited form, including all MP3 metadata. If our recordings are re-hosted on the internet, your webpages containing the links to our recording(s) must include the specific ministry website URL where our original work is located on the internet.

3. You may translate our recordings into other languages for distribution or reproduction in any quantity provided no fee is collected for the translation, reproduction or distribution, and each translated copy must include the following copyright permission statement on the audio track:
